Employee Code of Conduct and Ethics

This document sets forth the minimum expectations of the SEK Group – Security Ecosystem Knowledge, which includes CBS HOLDING GLOBAL, LTD., its subsidiaries, affiliates, controlled entities, current and future members of its economic group, regardless of the country in which they are located, regarding the conduct of all its employees.

Third-Party Code of Conduct

This document was established with the purpose of informing all Third Parties engaged with the companies of the SEK Group – Security Ecosystem Knowledge about the values, guidelines, and standards of conduct expected in their relationships with the Group.

Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy

This document, approved by the Board of Directors, aims to establish the guidelines, standards, and procedures of the anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance program applicable to all companies within the economic group to which it belongs. It is aligned with current legislation, the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the SEK Group – Security Ecosystem Knowledge, as well as the policies, manuals, work instructions, and procedures defined by each company within the Group.

Transparency and Gender Pay Equality Report

In compliance with Law No. 14,611, which addresses pay equality and remuneration criteria between men and women in the workplace, amending Article 461 of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), this report presents the Transparency and Gender Pay Equality data for the 1st half of 2024.
